Don’t think I’d revisit
Rooms and staff were good. Breakfast offered good value and was nice
No facilities to rest, sit and relax other than in your room. The hotel had no room service and did not provide snacks or light lunch. Only restaurant facilities available

Most unwelcoming hotel ever
Receptionist very friendly and room was clean
Room was small. Lift didn't work. Breakfast very poor. Went for a Drink in the bar only to be told that we had to stand in the doorway to drink it. Even though there were quite a few unused tables and we had a taxi booked for 7pm the bar manager made it obvious that we were not welcome. She insisted that all the tables were booked and refused to let us sit down. The tables were still vacant when our taxi arrived. Hotel guest are second-class citizens unless they have booked a table for dinner.

we stay here close to the family we visit in Coatbridge...Nice lady serving breakfast...nice breakfast too...parking is good too
beds are a little narrow Lift broke down..so had to walk u p but fortunatly only two floors thank goodness as my husband has a abad heart

Deluxe room was anything but deluxe
Good location for our needs.
Room was cold and took a while to heat up with small electric heater. Towel radiator not connected, when we asked about this, we were told it gets too hot - easily fixed with a thermostat. Couldn't get Prime or Netflix, as advertised - told that the Panasonic TV doesn't support these - bizarre. Spare toilet roll had water damage which had dried ?leak under sink. Couldn't get hot water in evening- reported this. Grout had black areas in shower. Couldn't use chair in room as Couldn't pull out as bedside table too close behind it.

Handy for the venue we were going to and the room Was well equipped and comfy.
Breakfast ended early due to Christmas breakfast with Santa so missed out on the food. I’ve been to Mondos restaurant many times and was looking forward to trying the breakfast but after a late night the allotted time didn’t work for us.
