Good location near the park, nice for a run or walk. Bus stop is very close. About 15 min walk to the subway station. The room was clean, the staff were friendly.
A bit noisy - I could hear the cars passing by. No elevator.

The location was ideal for why we were in London, and parking behind a closed gate was also a good choice, however we weren't told there would be an extra cost for this.
The gentleman on the desk was very pleasant.
The room was very small and pooky and the bathroom even smaller, we were in the attic and as a "feature" in the room there was a hatch into the loft space.
The location was great for where we needed to be and it was only 1 night
