К пансиону претензий нет. Все прекрасно. А вот к booking.com претензии очень существенные. Администрация пансиона принимает оплату наличными. Квитанция имеется. Тем не менее, booking.com снял с моей карты оплату за это бронирование и на мои запросы не отвечает. Я буду оспаривать эти действич

Можно было бы улучшить работу booking.com. Это уже не первый случай. В прошлом году мне не вернули деньги за неосуществившееся бронирование, причём это произошло не по моей инициативе

The hostess was very friendly and delivered our breakfast to a little room outside our door. There was a refrigerator in that room and breakfast meats, cheese and fruit were placed there for when we chose to have breakfast. There were also croissants, bread and preserves for breakfast. The pension is located next to a pretty park with many walkways and picturesque pavilions. The bedroom was big enough for the two of us and there was a table and chairs for our meals. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay in Penzion Polarka again.

We were fine with this, but it caught us off guard - we had to pay in cash when we arrived. Fortunately we had enough cash and fortunately the hostess accepted euros.

Wir konnten um 21:30 Uhr problemlos einchecken und konnten morgens früh nach dem Frühstück problemlos und schnell auschecken, um weiter zu fahren. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.

Das Bett war leider sehr hart - es fühlte sich an als würde man auf einer Spanplatte schlafen (wir sind beide nicht ganz leicht). Das Bett hatte aber tatsächlich keinen Lattenrost sondern eine Holzplatte unter der Matratze. Die "Dusche" ist eine kurze Wanne und sehr klein zum Baden. Für uns war es für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp ok - länger wäre es aber nicht gegangen wegen der Schlafsituation.
