Great communication from the start, bottle of water and juice in the fridge, cold and waiting...clean and neat. Then you notice the other "small stuff"...mosquito repellent, hair dryer, microwave oven...the big plus being washing machine and a tumble dryer completely dislocated from the appartment, and yet right next to it. Free to use and no noise inside the appartment.
Bed and the couch very comfortable, nice to sleep in. Even more, the appartment always seems to be colder than the outside, even without using the AC! We didn't turn it on once!
The forks, knives, and spoons are in the subdrawer.. ;) it is written, but... ;)
Location perfect, has it's own parking spot...and very important, quiet neighbourhood! As quiet as the owner...there if you need them, but not enough to bother. :)
We were more than happy there and will come back! :)

Close to the see and restaurant area, Sutivan in my opinion is the best place to stay on Brac.
We didn't like that we got one of the smaller apartments (drastically different than those presented on the photos) It was kind of ok for sleep only but too small for 4 people. Be aware that there are two or three apartments with worse standard than these presented on photos.
