La struttura è in una posizione tranquilla vicino al centro del paese di sutivan , vicinissimo il supermarket che è aperto fino alle 22.00. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso la notte .
La struttura è nuova ma ha bisogno di manutenzione .
Parlo del nostro appartamento quindi gli altri potrebbero non avere questi problemi

Spine che si staccano dal muro
Muffa sulle tende da sole
Illuminazione che non si accende in ingresso
Assenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie in appartamento
Pochissima fornitura di pentole .
La porta di ingresso faticava a chiudersi e si chiudeva solo con dei giri di chiave

We had a nice stay at Aura Maris in Sutivan. The apartment was new, modern and very well maintained. We especially loved the beautiful terraces with lovely views over the rooftops of Sutivan and the sea, the perfect place to relax.
The location was also great, just about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything Sutivan has to offer while staying in a peaceful area.
The only downside was that, although the kitchen was spacious, it was not very well equipped. It lacked some basic items such as bowls and a few additional pots, which would have made cooking much more convenient.
We also got the impression that the apartment is primarily intended for sale and is being rented out in the meantime. While this didn't affect our stay significantly, it gave the place a slightly less personal and fully equipped feel than a typical holiday rental.
