Exceptional

Smooth check in. Nice hotel with nice restaurant in vintage building. Good choice of food. Stylish bedroom with raw wood elements around bed. Tidy bathroom. Competitive price. Quiet room despite noise square outside.

Long checkout process. I was only one at the counter but because staff was busy I had to wait around 10 minutes. I do not blame staff because were busy with breakfast

Nice but too noisy

Breakfast of considering Covid-19, staff nice, rooms clean, yummy gelato, managed to get parked nearby each evening. Asked for the pass to Lago di Tovel which was the reason we stayed here. We live in Italy and vacation in the Dolomites alot and Lago di Tovel is the most beautiful lake we've visited here, you can swim but you can't kayak.

No air conditioning so our room was really hot, it gets cool in the evenings in the mountains so we just opened the windows, but it was so noisy outside in the street with people hanging out until a least midnight, tractors and motorbikes driving through town and a bell tower that chimes until 11pm and starts again at 7am. Not the hotels fault but I wouldn't stay again in the summer.

Expectations Exceeded 👍👍👍

The owner was very kind, they gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do and where to go here in Tuenno and even in Lago di Tovel which he offers us a free ride early in the morning. They offer us an ice cream as a welcome, that was made by them and it was very delicious. Aside from that was the homemade jam, its perfect. Even though we just stay here for one night, they let us feel comfortable and safe. We'll be back for sure.

Struttura accogliente, pulita, staff cordiale e disponibile. Ci ho soggiornato con un'amica una notte per visitare i mercatini di natale e il castello Thun, e per andare alla terme di Merano. Ottimo rapporto qualità dei servizi prezzo!

In centro a Tuenno, posizione comoda per muoversi a piedi. Struttura semplice ma curata, pulita e accogliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Esperienza positiva.

Nel bagno non è presente il bidet. Il parcheggio è quello pubblico in strada, quindi a volte trovare posto può essere difficoltoso. La vicinanza al campanile potrebbe creare qualche disturbo a chi è sensibile ai rumori.

Assolutamente consigliato

La piacevole sensazione di essere accolti con serena cortesia in una gestione familiare, non invasiva ma presente e disponibile. L' assoluta pulizia di tutta la struttura, l' eccezionale colazione a buffet, sicuramente pari a hotel più stellati (e forse anche superiore x varietà delle squisite proposte dolci e salate). Il silenzio notturno ed il risveglio col suono orgoglioso delle campane della chiesa. Consigliata la cena nel ristorante della casa, in particolare il risotto al teroldego.

Posizione strategica per visitare il lago di Tovel (pass park gratuito consegnato in reception). Molti altri suggestivi itinerari nelle vicinanze Camere con spazi adeguati Buona colazione inclusa nel prezzo

Piccoli dettagli che potrebbero renderlo più accogliente, ma in generale è un ottima soluzione per chi volesse visitare la zona, stando al di fuori del caos di cittadine più note Manca l'aria condizionata, ma anche se era agosto non ce n'era bisogno Il supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze è un ottimo punto di approvvigionamento, ma anche di possibile rumore mattutino per lo scarico del materiale

Piccolo angolo di paradiso…

Ci sono ancora luoghi che possono sorprendere per l’accoglienza e la professionalità del personale! Questo albergo familiare posizionano in un piccolo angolo di paradiso…è stata una piacevolissima scoperta…il bar e l’ottima gelateria, parlano di un’ospitalità fuori dal tempo dove “l’albergo” era (ed è) il centro del paese ed il luogo d’incontro tra abitanti del posto ed i forestieri… Eccellente esperienza…sicuramente da ripetere! Ps. Il caffè è ottimo (tra l’altro detto da un napoletano)… Grazie di tutto…

Val di Non meglio Val di SI

Albergo scelto per scoprire la Val di Non, si è rivelato una ottima scelta dovuta alla posizione geografica, ma la sorpresa è continuata con la bella tenuta della struttura sia dall'arredo alle pulizie. Nota ancora più gradita sono state le cene con piatti ben preparati e molto invitanti, e come descritto nelle info, il gelato è veramente buono. Complimenti alla proprietà per le ottime scelte effettuate.
