Svenska Design Hotel Andheri

Everything was good overall, and we had a pleasant stay. The service and hospitality were nice. I would just suggest some renovations and upgrades to the property, which would make the overall experience even better. With a few improvements, the hotel could be much more appealing and comfortable. Overall, a good experience.

The Staff were welcoming and polite. Rooms were kept neat and clean at all times. Any extra requirements for the room was met with ASAP by all the staff and the reception team. Good wifi connectivity

Salty and very spicy food

The location is fantastic! It’s right in the heart of Lokhandwala, so you can easily step outside and be surrounded by amazing cafes, bars and shopping areas. Getting an auto or taking the metro was a breeze. Surprisingly spacious rooms: Anyone who’s stayed in Mumbai knows hotel rooms are usually tiny. This room was actually roomy, had lots of natural light and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Good food and warm vibes: The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and had a great vibe as we entered the venue.

Location!

This used to be one of the best 5-star hotels in Andheri West, but sadly it has lost its charm. Maintenance is clearly lacking, and the bathrooms are not cleaned properly. The restaurant furniture and flooring are old and look quite dirty. The entire restaurant also has a strong toilet air freshener smell, which is unpleasant while dining. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming either simple things like a friendly smile seem to be missing. I hope the management invests in restoring the hotel to its former standard.
