Perfect, relaxing staying!

The staff was incredibly polite and kind. The price included an amazing buffet breakfast as well as the spa services (different indoor and outdoor saunas + indoor pool, opened until 10pm!). We were also given a bottle of wine at our check-out the day after - maybe because it was on 6th Jan?!:) Everything super clean and quiet. The room is equipped with plenty of towels, shower products&body cream, hair dryer. The resort is right next to the village and the castle ruines, super lovely for a short walk.

The dinner was only available in the form of buffet (we were told it was an exceptional situation due to lack of staff on that evening). Given the quality and the variety (one type of soup, one of meat, one of fish, veggies and potato puree, one dessert, one beer), €104 for the two of us sounded pretty expensive in our opinion. Too bad that we didn't ask in advance for the price but maybe it would have been nice to be informed by the head waiter who welcomed us at the door, or by informative posters next to the regular à la carte menu.

Excellent value for money, some improvements needed

It has seen better days, but it's definitely a great place to stay. Very close to the town center area and the Cassiopea Therme. The hotel wellness area is good - the small outdoor sauna was turned off, but it was low season, so it's reasonable. The others saunas and steam room were fully operational and really nice. Very good breakfast with made to order eggs/omelette, fresh orange juice and extensive selection of bread.

No card accepted at the bar, cash only. Not sure if it was for that specific night or a general rule.

Great place because of its people, it makes the difference

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, the rooms were sparkling clean which is not a guarantee anymore these days, the breakfast was great as well, nice hotel.

Unfortunately there wasnt any baby seats at the restaurant, although to be fair its not really a hotel for family trips so i cant blame them.

Largely disappointing.

Property is completely dated. Needs renovation in many aspects. Close to the thermal spa on the positive side. Hotel pool was decent. Breakfast was ok, but small details like getting instant coffee served in a flask left me scratching my head…. Quite disappointing not to get real coffee. Room was far from soundproof. Also, one bottle of water in the room for the duration of the stay (not replenished!). Very poor.

i liked the location in the village, the beautiful surroundings and the nature

i think for a 4 star hotel it looks shabby and it is overcharged: since washbasins, doors, nightstands etc are laminated every corner is blistered and door cranks of the bathrooom do not fit anymore.

The spa, the food (both dinner and breakfast), the location. Nice drinks at the bar. Lovely neighbourhood

The premises date from "the dark time of architecture" (mid 79ies) The furniture in the bar is rather shabby, and need urgently to be substituted.

Nice place in a great location.

The staff were all very friendly. The parking was in a clean and safe underground garage. The location was perfect, close to everything.

The food was good not great. It was just a little bit pricey for the selection that you received.

👍🏽Hotel restaurant Spa de bon rapport qualité-prix 💰 pour notre séjour. 👎🏽👍🏽Cependant, une amélioration des chambres (équipements/finitions), parties communes (équipements/finitions), restaurant (décoration/équipements) et espace bien-être (équipements) seraient nécessaires principalement pour cause de vétusté ou tout simplement par manque d'entretien. 👎🏽👎🏽Le presse oranges électrique de la salle du petit-déjeuner était désagréable par le bruit qu'il émettait lorsque chaque client dont moi-même l'utilisait. Cela a rendu mon expérience petit déjeuner moins agréable car bruyant dès le matin 👂🏽 👍🏽 Heureusement qu'il était bon. 👍🏽Le personnel tout confondu était accueillant et sympathique.

In die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude. Wellnessbereich könnte wieder mal eine Revision vertragen. Vieles war nicht nutzbar oder in Betrieb. Matratze war zu weich. Uringeruch im Badezimmer war bei Anreise sehr aufdringlich. Kaputter Kühlschrank riss uns aus dem Schlaf mit lautem Geräusch. Haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ein perfektes Perdonal. Wir kommen wieder

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren in dieses Hotel. Das Zimmer Studio comfort war perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Vor allem der Empfangschef Herr Mounir Marzouk ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück aufs Zimmer war super. Vielen Dank auch für das Personal Frau Anastasia.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel im Grünen mit sehr gutem Wellnessbereich

Insbesondere der Wellnessbereich mit dem tollen Pool und dem Saunabereich hat uns gut gefallen.

Das Badezimmer war recht eng. Der Toilettensitz zu niedrig für Leute mit langen Beinen oder Knie- und/oder Hüftproblematik.

Weihnachtsmärkte besuchen und dann Wellness im Resort

Wir hatten einen großen Saunabereich fast für uns alleine. Wir hatten es nicht weit bis nach Colmar um den Weihnachtsmarkt dort zu besuchen. Im Eingangsbereich gab es eine Karte, welche alles im und um das Haus befindliche sehr gut beschrieben hat. Eine weitere Karte zeigte einen die wichtigsten Punkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umland. Das Frühstück war mehr als zufriedenstellend und auf jeden Wunsch wurde eingegangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt und auch das Hotelinnere war sehr freundlich und sauber. Kann nur sagen, das ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen werde...

Die Anreise war nicht ganz klar für mich. Darf ich im Eingangsbereich mein Auto zwischenparken um Koffer abzuladen? Ansonsten fällt mir nichts negatives ein.

Wir kommen wieder!

Man fühlte sich super wohl, alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet der Spa Bereich war auch aussergewöhnlich mit vielen verschiedenen Daunen und Dampfbädern und Orten zum ausruhen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besten Dank auch noch an den Barmittarbeiter! Was für ein toller Typ!!! Wir werden wieder kommen!!

Das Hotel sieht aus wie die Türe der Direktion (schäbig, siehe Foto) Umgebungspflege gleich 0, auch wenn es Herbst ist, kann Personal so Disponiert werden das es ordentlich aussieht Teppiche schmuddlig und abgelatscht Schmutzige Lampen (Sauna) Schmutziger Zimmerboden & Heizung im Bad Diverse Flecken im Bad durch mangelnde Reinigung Billiardtisch defekt (Loch im Spielteppich) gemäss Personal schon länger bekannt Am 01.11.2025 gab es keine Abendkarte (nur Buffet) obwohl dies durch Rezeption so angepriesen wurde. Da das Buffet 52€ pro Person kostet sind wir ins Dorf essen gegangen. Direkt nach der Zimmerreinigung diverse Käfer im Zimmer. Rezeption gewährte irgendeine Scheinreduktion, jedoch mussten wir trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen Fleckige und schmutzige Sitzkissen in einer aussen Pergula, nicht geleerte Aschenbecher

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schlecht

Die Lage war sehr schön

Die Ausstattung und das Restaurant war ohne alles auch. Und die Betten waren zwar Einzelbetten, die recht schmal gebaut sind von der Ausstattung her selber 80 Neunzigerjahre total verschlissen und das Gebäude könnten wir wieder neu saniert Farbe blättert ab und sehr runtergekommen.

Das Fini Ressort bietet zwar viele Möglichkeiten an, aber nicht alles wird eingehalten.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich aber auch sehr spärlich. Des Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die Saunalandschaft ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem gut unterhalten und abwechslungsreich. Die Getränke beim Barbetrieb sind in Qualität und Preis in Ordnung.

Die Konzis Gästekarte wurde uns beim Empfang nicht angeboten. Das ganze Treppenhaus schreit nach einer Staubsaugerreinigung. Das Personal (wenn vorhanden) ist bemüht aber teilweise überfodert oder zuwenig ausgebildet. Ein Imbiss im Restaurant (Bar) war zuerst um 13.15 Uhr nicht möglich und hat dann erst im 2. Anlauf geklappt. Der Wellnessbereich ist an der Reception meistens unbesetzt. Die Behandlungsräume scheinen gut ausgerüstet aber überall wurde nach der Behandlung alles liegen gelassen und dies bei offenen Türen, was nicht sehr hygenisch rüber kam.

Leider konnte kein 100% Erholungs Urlaub gemacht werden, Fini Resort ist stressig

Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, welches in der Buchungsklasse von uns schlechte war. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde uns ein Zimmer entsprechend unserer Buchungsklasse zugewiesen. Enttäuschend wir haben 2 Stunden Urlaub verloren

Das Personal war sehr nett, leider nicht immer kompetent Die Wellness Behandlungen waren sehr gut Das Essen sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen war in keinster Weise wie angeboten, eher so lala. Die Frühstückswurst komplett ohne Geschmack (man hätte vielleicht die Wurst und Käse beim Edeka Hieber kaufen sollen, das wäre besser gewesen als vom eigenen Bauernhof). Im Scharzwaldbecher waren statt 3 Kugeln Eis nur 2, kein Kirschwasser Am letzten Abend wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir nur Büffet Essen können, da zu wenig Personal verfügbar sei, das darf bei 4* Superior nicht passieren Die Tiefgarage hat manchmal nicht geöffnet, die Rezeption war nicht über Klingel verfügbar, amn musste den Hausmeister suchen Am Fenster im Gang E3 lagen Tage lang tote Fliegen
