    Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean, the location is solid as its close to most of the touristy areas. some of the staff are really nice ( Deniz as an example ). Some could definitely do better but still overall, after comparing it with a few other hotels, quite happy with this one.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Grand Tien Shan Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we really liked our room, the amenities, and especially the breakfast. Housekeeping was also good, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some of the reception staff came across as unfriendly or unwelcoming. We only encountered one receptionist who was consistently kind and helpful. We also expected more assistance from the male staff member in the lobby. During our stay, he did not offer to help with our luggage or even a help in opening the door. Another frustrating issue was the key cards. Several times, we had to go back down to reception because our key cards were not working, even after they had already been updated and checked. Having to repeatedly return to the front desk was inconvenient and a waste of time, especially after a long day. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it—the room, amenities, breakfast, housekeeping, and location were all great. With more consistent and welcoming service from the front-of-house staff, the experience could be much better.

    The hotel is in a good location close to attractions, restaurants and the lovely Paniflov park. Across the road, there is a nice small bar. The hotel itself has great facilities and the reception staff were very helpful with advice and money exchange. The room was spacious and had all the amenities expected. The furniture was a little dated but very spacious and comfortable. Our request for an airport transfer was met with a comfortable timely ride.

    The staff are nice and helpful but the hardware is no good. The exterior of the hotel looks fine but the interior is so old and corridor is dark. I got flies in my room and the shower head holder kept falling off every single time I try to get the shower head down. To be honest, I did not sleep well at all throughout my stay there. Location is nowhere near any attractions. Need to walk 10-20 minutes to everywhere.
