- The staff were hospitable and very helpful and flexible in meeting my requests.
- Check in / out operations were flawless.
- Location is pretty convenient, you can reach both Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta by bike in 10 min or so.
- The room is extremelly basic.
- The materials and design are of a low standard.
- It has been many years since the room and the bathroom were last refurbished.
- The is no electric outles beside the bed and the only one available outlet was not working properly. I had to charge the phone in the bathroom.
- The aircon is a noisy old model not working that well (you can't select the temperature; it is either ON or OFF).
- The shower jet sprays in all directions except downwards.
- No bottle of water is available in the minibar
