Everything was excellent. From check in to check out, staff was pretty welcoming and polite. We added the breakfast on our reservation and that was the best decision, there's nothing like starting the day with a good meal. It is literally located two blocks from the best museums. People that are complaining think they can get a Hilton room for less than 100 pounds in London.

The accommodation block is situated opposite lovely accessible gardens in a quiet side street. The room was very clean and comfortable. A kettle, tea bags and coffee was provided. The staff at reception were very helpful. There was a bar nearby in the corner of the gardens and The Albert Hall is closeby.

Room was very quiet.
Fans were provided as there was no air con.
WiFi was amazingly fast
Location was perfect for Science museum and natural history museum
Windows did not open enough.
Breakfast was quite far away to walk to.
