The room was beautiful. It even had its own little balcony. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and equipped/decorated in a way to provide maximum comfort and peace. The private, camera-monitored parking is a great benefit for those travelling by car. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, varied and incredibly tasty. The staff was kind and helpful. My heartfelt recommendation for anyone visiting Brno.
Not really a "dislike", rather a suggestion: It would be great if there was a coffee machine available to the guests outside of breakfast hours.

Ideal small hotel with everything you may need and even more (even earplugs are provided). Quite bug choice for breakfast, however served in tiny vessels.
As for breakfast, I would add milk, honey and bowls for oatmeal preparation and change the sausage (that colorful inside).

Free parking behind a gate, good location near a tram stop, nice staff, room was clean, beds were okay.
Noise (could hear loud snoring from another room, people in the hallway, slamming doors, people talking under the windows at night etc.), Small AC that can barely cool down the room and then the room somehow gets hot again quickly. No bugnets on windows. Weak water pressure in the shower (but very strong in the sink faucet for some reason). Awkward TV position to watch from the beds (minor issue).

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a free parking. Tram stop is close with tram going to the city center. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood so it is good that the tram is available. The price was good for the value.
We could hear the people talking in the other room very loud. The neighbourhood didn't look great.
