We didn't require breakfast but all facilities were excellent as was communication between the property owners and ourselves.
Very little. Parking in the late evening could have been better but that couldn't be solved by the proprietors.

The property was very well located and spotless. The room was exactly as described. Access was easy and we were given all the information we needed. The shared shower was easy to access and very clean so we didn’t have any problem in the morning

Me, my sister and the dog had a lovely night here, we stayed in the Delux King room. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and nice enough to let us use the garden so the dog could stretch her legs. There are some resteraunts nearby and it's close to the sea front. The amenities were great. The TV had Netflix on and the WiFi was strong. We are on a road trip so we are travelling to a few places but this was one of our favourite stays. The breakfast items and coffee were such a nice (and very welcome) touch. We would highly recommended this place and would happily stay again. 5 stars from me.
