Clean, comfortable & cosy - easy access to Ischgl

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean spacious rooms. Easy access to central Ischgl on the ski shuttle bus, and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful retreat-

The breakfast was amazing. The location was beautiful and at the bus stop. The restaurant across the street was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Definite recommend. Stayed with my 2 children and the room was spacious and lovely.

I recommend booking directly with the hotel and not using a third party booking site.

The hotel was lovely. Clean and smart. A good breakfast and good selection for the evening meal. Friendly, helpful staff with a smile.

This may have been because of the time of the year but in common with a number of hotels stayed in during this motorbike tour, there were a number of flies in my room which were annoying through the night. My colleagues didn't have this experience in their rooms though. At times some noise coming from nearby / above rooms as doors / wardrobes were opened and closed. These are relatively minor gripes otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel

Magical Alp vacation

Beautiful hotel and sceneries, room was super cozy, staff very kind, breakfast was more than superb, wellness was very relaxing, stayed there 5 days on skiing vacation, very recommend to everyone :)

Great trip in a lovely hotel - recommended

Lovely big rooms and beds with great facilities, views & bathroom. We also really enjoyed the breakfast as large variety and great taste. Staff were helpful and the location near bust stop and 5 mins from Ischgl main lift was ideal. Would come back if return to Ischgl.

The spa area. We came down to the sauna and there were naked people, according to the staff you should wear your towel at least. The spa area didn’t give any privacy. Bad options for vegan people, no dishes offered at all.

Do not go here if you are from the UK, you will be disappointed.

The hotel itself is very nice, with nice rooms and facilities. The spa area was good also.

The staff are incredibly rude toward English Guests, like we were an inconvenience. Some of the staff members walked away without speaking, once they realised I was English. There was a large group of us, who were all willing to spend money at the hotel in the restaurant etc, but they just didn't seem interested. I really think the staff need some retraining, as there was a clear favouritism towards German/Swiss guests! The breakfast was reasonably good, but as there is no hot plate for the food, it gets cold incredibly quickly and inedible.

Frühstück könnte etwas früher sein ab 7:00 statt 7:30 Uhr, da es immer knapp wurde den ersten Gondellift um 8:30 zu nehmen.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Studio mit einer kleinen Kochnische. Man konnte sich ohne Probleme auch eine Kleinigkeit kochen. Die Entfernung zu ischgl ist super nah. Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir leider aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht nutzen.

Мы уже не первый раз останавливаемся в этом замечательном семейном отеле. Очень комфортно, удобно, спокойно и уютно. Вкусный завтрак, и единственная причина, почему я не ставлю 10 - это начало завтрака в 7:30. С учетом того, что в 8:30 уже начинает работать главная канатная дорога, на завтрак не остается достаточно времени :(((. А это очень жаль. Велнесс обставлен со вкусом, сауны продуманные, зона отдыха замечательная.

Можно было бы подавать завтрак с 7 утра, а не с 7:30. Иначе всё просто замечательно!

Heerlijke genoten!!

Ik had een geweldige kamer met een mooie badkamer en fijne regendouche. Het bed was erg goed en ook een mooie grote tv waar je Netflix op kunt gebruiken voor de regenachtige dagen;) Het ontbijt is prima met verse broodjes, roerei, fruit, yoghurt en meer. Cappuccino/koffie kun je onbeperkt pakken smorgens dat is ook wel fijn. Alles bij elkaar een zeer goed verblijf gehad en prijs-kwaliteit was ook top!

Niet een tegenvaller maar een tip. Ze zouden de sauna iets langer open kunnen houden en een trekker voor in de douche. Houden ze de douche ook langer mooi.
