L’unico servizio che pensavamo di utilizzare e cioè la spiaggia non sono più convenzionati a differenza de pacchetto che ci era stato proposto .

The setting of the residence was very nice with well maintained areas, restaurant and pool! The entertainment staff were very nice and welcoming as were the reception staff.
The pool closes every day between 1pm and 4pm. This is not advertised on booking.com and had I known I would not have booked this stay. There is then an expectation to be quiet between 1-4pm. Again, this is not advertised and disproportionately affected our stay. We were shocked when a member of staff came to our room in the afternoon to ask us to be quiet as others were presumably sleeping. Quite shocking to us but perhaps normal to the region.....
It is compulsory to wear swimming hats/caps in the pool due. Again this is not advertised and made for an un-relaxing time. It is also a very bizarre rule and I question why guests should be put to this inconvenience rather than staff cleaning the filters. The toilets by the pool were not clean and one member of pool/bar staff made us feel quite unwelcome by closely overseeing our time in the pool.
