    I spent 3 nights here. The service is good but the food for breakfast, typically nooddle made of old material.

    Nice atmosphere. Good location. Very nice beach with water activities to keep us entertained. But the room definitely need renovation.

    After checked in, we found the toilet in our room was broken, causing dirty water to leak from the toilet onto the floor. The smell was extremely unpleasant and we couldn’t stand it. We called the hotel reception to ask for help. The housekeeping staff came and what she could do at that time was to spray deodorant, using the scent of essential oils to cover up the foul smell from the leaking toilet. Dirty water didn’t stop leaking, and the bad smell was still there. We really couldn’t stand the bad smell mixed with the scent of essential oils, but we were so tired after 2 days of hiking in the forest, then we could only close the bathroom door to reduce the bad smell and go to sleep. We had a very bad experience that night. This is hard to accept because we think the hotel should check the room condition before guests check in. This is a five star hotel. We were so disappointed and sorry for the hotel. They have a beautiful beach but the management still has a lot to improve.
