Very pleasant, cozy Hotel, with modern furnishings. Excellent location. U-bahn and bus station in front of the Hotel. 20 minutes to the city center. A few minutes walk to an Edeka. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is good, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is very nice. A small refrigerator is missing, but you can do without it. The breakfast is delicious. The lobby is very nice. Many drinks in the bar. I really liked it, I will come back.
There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe the small fridge was missing.

Was quite expensive for the room compared to other locations - had no choice to stay due to cancelled flight

It was great and the best experience at this hotel as my first time ever staying at this type of hotel. The staff was super friendly and nice and responsive to messages. They even made sure my AirPods and son’s toy got back to us safely.
