Location was perfect
Bathroom was a little dated but it was fine!

Spacy studio for good price. The building has an elevator. 5 minutes to get to the lift.
Wash machine has programming malfunction. It washes, but you will need time to understand it's logic (-: A hint: it does not reset progress; it does what it indicates.

Location, size and space in the property. Ski storage within the main building.
The kitchen tap is loose in the worktop and made it very difficult to adjust it to the correct temperature which wastes a lot of water and electricity. There is lots of mould in the bathroom. The lights are not working properly in the bathroom. The large electric freestanding heater which needs to be beside the double bed is very noisy and needs to be replaced. It needs to be replaced with an electronic/digital type heater so the temperature control is much better, making it more comfortable and also save electricity. This will also make it much quieter as I was unable to sleep without getting woken up 3 or 4 times a night.
