The apartment itself is designed beautifully to blend in with the natural environment and was exceptionally clean. Everything was thought of from hairdryer, iorn to insect screens. There was a kitchenette with hob, fridge but no microwave. Self catering may be limited with a tiny breakfast bar available with teo chairs. Two balconies one with table and chairs appreciated sitting out in same. Location was only 200m from Yastrabet lift and the main strip.

The apartment is situated in Flora Hotel which appears to be in a 1980's time warp. There is limited facilities available. Breakfast and the breakfast room where deplorable with an extra €10 per person charge for same. Don't bother food inediable!!To access the swimming pool and sauna, €18 per person for each activity. This is extremely expensive for the quality so decided not to use the facilities. It would have been cheaper to book a full service hotel room, with breakfast and pool access when you add on the additional spend. Great for a couple of nights!!!

The apartment was very spacious for the four of us (family of four). The bathroom was nice and clean and the kitchen was equipped with basic amenities. The hotel is only a 5-min walk from the ski centre but is far enough away from the bars and restaurants that it's quiet at night, which we preferred. Would definitely recommend this place and we're hoping to come back again next year 🥰

Would be good if they provided a toaster and some cooking utensils as we like to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to ski.

The location is excellent, and the property feels warm, welcoming, and very stylish, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The kitchen was not fully equipped, and some basic items such as a toaster and kitchen towels were not available.
