The Flexibility of the staff upon our request of upgrading our room. They understood our needs and provided us with several options. The most important was that they were willing to assist although the period of stay is considered as a high season (Easter holidays).
Since I have been visited this hotel from the early years of operations I noticed some minor issues/defects on the facilities that are due to the weather conditions (snow to high temperatures) or bad maintenance. But overall nothing that can affect your stay.

- Bathroom equipment of low quality and aging
- Bathroom had no heating
- Pool was not heated
- To go from the rooms to the Spa, the restaurant, the lobby or the parking, you need to walk through open-air corridors. It is very unpleasant to get chill from the snow or wet by the rain while in a bathrobe, walking to the sauna
- We paid 10eur/day to use the fireplace, and still we got wet wood difficult to fire up
