Facilities, restaurant and helpfullnes of staff just an all round good hotel

The Flexibility of the staff upon our request of upgrading our room. They understood our needs and provided us with several options. The most important was that they were willing to assist although the period of stay is considered as a high season (Easter holidays).

Since I have been visited this hotel from the early years of operations I noticed some minor issues/defects on the facilities that are due to the weather conditions (snow to high temperatures) or bad maintenance. But overall nothing that can affect your stay.

Food in restaurant was tasty, hower breakfast was not very good with cold omelete and horrible coffee from machine.

Wi-Fi was NOT working, we used mobile to surf internet. Even messengers were not working - shame for such a price! Room is 2 floors. There is AC on the first floor only. However main bad is on the second floor. There is no AC, no windows and no ventilation, it was hot and not comfortable to sleep. Sound insulation is absent, we heared all neighbors very loud. The view from the room was very limited and no windows on the second floor. Kids not allowed to use sauna even after very cold pool.
