The room was very clean and very well equipped and quite large, like a mini studio apartment. Bathroom is large and good, there was everything I needed, no complaints there.

The staff did not understand I needed a late check out (travel halfway across the world was coming up). I asked them 4 times if I could check out at 3:30 PM and they hardly speak English and tell me different things. First they tell me it's okay, no problem, so I gratefully thank them. Next day they tell me I have to pay half a day, or 475 baht. Next day they tell me I have to pay 500 baht and I can only stay until 3:00 PM not 3:30 or they will charge a full day. So I agree, then on the day of check out they WAKE ME UP at 12 noon ringing on the phone asking if I want to check out. This was so unprofessional, it ruined my entire stay. What do they not understand that sometimes a guest needs to check out late? They give you 3 hours more for 500 baht, which is more than price of half a day but they just seemed to figure that out after I asked on 4 different occasions. Besides that the A/C is freezing cold and can't be regulated, blowing freezing air on the bed no matter what setting you set. Pillow is very uncomfortable. I got a first floor room, there is basically no sound insulation to the street, every morning it's motorbikes waking me up at 6-7 AM they're so loud. Overall I will not stay at this place again, their customer service was inexcusable.
