Apartament spełnia wysokie austriackie standardy. Wyposażenie nie jest najnowsze, ale jest doskonale utrzymane. Ciche otoczenie pozwalało na pełen relaks i wypoczynek. Mimo upałów brak klimatyzacji nie dawał się we znaki. Winda ułatwiała transport bagaży na wyższe piętra. Nie było problemów z zaparkowaniem samochodu. Pensjonat położony jest w pobliżu jeziora Achensee, o krok od przystani statków wycieczkowych, kąpieliska i licznych restauracji. Tuż obok znajduje się mały sklepik spożywczy.

Dla nas zdecydowanie lepszym rozwiązaniem byłaby kabina prysznicowa, niż wanna. Kuchnia była malutka, co mogłoby być problemem dla osób, które chciałyby gotować posiłki. Ponieważ pensjonat jest położony za głównym budynkiem hotelu Alpenrose, nie ma co liczyć na oszałamiające widoki, chociaż niektóre szczyty da się dostrzec. Pozostaje też "problem" typowej austriackiej gościnności, czyli chłodna poprawność bez nuty serdeczności.

Die Betten waren zu kurz und auch die Zudecke war zu kurz. Für Personen über 1,90 schwierig. Ansonsten alles prima.

The apartment was newly renovated, very thing was great. It is just a few steps from the hotel, where the check in recipient is located. The staff are all very warm and hospitality.

Good location, in the heart of Pertisau and very close to the lake shore. Private parking next to the apartment.

The apartment is pretty outdated and could need a refurbishment to bring it in line with the price they ask. The wifi was really bad, we often had to use our hotspots to get internet connection. Though offered as a 4 persons apartment, one room has a sofa bed and outside on the terrace there are only two chairs. Our terrace on the ground floor had no fence between us and the neighbours which was pretty awkward. Also the view was not really nice, as we were looking at the backside of the hotel and the restaurant kitchen.
