Amazing location

Staying at the Landhaus Karwendel was a great experience, the location was excellent. We reserved a room for two persons which was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the big balkon was amazing. The breakfast was simple but good, the coffee did not taste good. Here is the best price value ratio in Pertisau.

We were satisfied.

The room was huge and well equipped. There was a big balcony, an extra couch, fridge, baththub, but even walking sticks and backpack for hiking. Breakfast was satisfying, personal was friendly.

The pool in the pictures online on booking.com wasn’t at the property... that pool was located at a nearby hotel spa. There was a daily rate for entry to that hotel that seemed fair but was extra. The pool at the hotel where we stayed was a small, cold, Uncleaned above ground pool.

Great stay, nice facilities and a great host.

We got an upgrade for free, which was great, since the original appartment did not have a kitchen (a mistake from our side). The new apartment had three rooms, but a hall, kitchen, dining room and living room as well. Furthermore, the hosts was great, very friendly and helpful.

In the apartment, quite a few light bulbs were not working. Enough to make do, but that is a minor point.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt, Hunde erlaubt, teils etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Badezimmer.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Loipen nur einige Meter entfernt, sehr großzügige Zimmer mit sehr viel Stauraum für Kleidung und sonstiges Zubehör. Hunde sind willkommen. Der Kachelofen mit der angenehmen Wärme war super, da können die Heizkörper zugedreht bleiben.

Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte wieder mal eine Auffrischung. Es dauert sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt.

Abwechslungsreich und zugleich erholsam.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut immer frisch zubereitetes Rührei 😋.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausergewöhnlich gross .Die Landhausbesitzerin war sehr sehr freundlich haben uns sehr willkommengefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder .

Evtl beim Frühstück auch wurst für Mosleme oder personen die kein Schwein essen ,ansonsten alles super

Prachtige plek om nog eens heen te gaan

Goed ontbijt.Vriendelijke gastvrouw die speciaal eitjes voor je maakte. Lekkere koffie. Goede locatie vlakbij meer.gratis buskaart. Goede fietspaden en wandelroutes. Liften. Pizzakar,bij midgetgolfbaan. Fijne restaurants in de buurt.

Gemütliches Landhaus- Appartment für bezahlbares Geld.

Große Wohnung mit extra Toilette und extra Bad. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und auf dem Balkon hat man eine gute Aussicht. Schöne große Dachfenster durchfluten den Raum mit Licht.

Wir hatten leider Regenwetter. Das Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer ließ sich bei Regen nicht öffnen (automatisch), ich konnte ganz schlecht schlafen weil es so warm war und ich nie mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafe. Der Balkon war toll jedoch hatte man mit dem Nachbar direkten Blickkontakt ( Abtrennung Geländerhoch). Gästekarten hatte wir leider gar nicht bekommen, da immer nur früh jemand im Haus war und wir ausschlafen wollten. Wir waren nur 3 Tage, da war es nicht so schlimm, sonst hätte man sich wahrscheinlich einfach kümmern müssen.

Idealer Standort für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.

Sehr gute Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstück( für jeden ist etwas dabei), sehr nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tipps für Unternehmungen. Großzügiges Doppelzimmer( 30m²), nette Details wie z.B. Wanderrucksack oder Wanderstöcke. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, würden diese Frühstückspension auf alle Fälle wieder buchen!

Einzig das Bad bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung der Fugen! Matratzen würden einen besseren Härtegrad vertragen.

Schönes Apartment mit freundlicher Gastgeberin in super Lage

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Super Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum See, viele Restaurants im Umkreis. Das Apartment ist groß und voll ausgestattet. Riesiger Balkon mit Tisch, 2 Sesseln und 2 Liegestühlen.

Beim Frühstück gab es leider fast nichts Veganes. Die Gastgeberin war allerdings sehr engagiert und hat mir innerhalb weniger Minuten eine pflanzliche Alternative zu Milch besorgt.

Top Unterkunft. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Wir hatten ein Riesenzimmer mit Sitzecke, Anrichte mit !Kühlschrank!, großem TV, nicht die kleinen Hoteldinger, sehr bequeme Betten, Vorraum mit Riesenkleiderschrank und ein sehr großes Bad. Die Reinigungsfee hat einen fantastischen Job gemacht. Wir hatten jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Ohne besonderen Wunsch. 👍 Unsere Gastgeberin, ein Herz von Mensch. Sie hat uns ein hervorragendes Frühstück gezaubert und jeden Morgen gefragt welches "Eichen" wir den gerne hätten. Gekocht, gebraten, eine Seite oder beide Seiten, gerührt, mit Speck oder ohne. Ein Traum. Und Tips zum wandern und unternehmen haben wir bekommen. Jede Menge. Es war einfach alles perfekt.

Perfecte huis en zeer schoon en vriendelijk.

Perfecte Ligging , schone kamer , Heerlijk ontbijt vriendelijke mensen. Heel erg mooi appartement We komen hier als we weer naar Oostenrijk gaan en naar Pertisau zeker terug.
