I stayed at Hotel Lucerna in Tijuana for a five-day business trip in October and had a great experience. The service was excellent and the ambience very pleasant.
The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and their beds are among the best I’ve slept on. The housekeeping ladies are amazing, they always cater to your needs. The hotel also has a pool and a bar with TVs, which is great for relaxing after work.
I always feel safe there, and its location near the border is very convenient. It’s also reasonably priced for the quality you get.

I stayed 1 night. It was decent, the staff was pretty friendly. But they did put me in a connected room which I wasn't a fan of because you could hear the guests conversations and TV next door. The Balcony was a nice size but no furniture to sit in out there.

Very nice and clean rooms,check out was a bit slow. Breakfast Buffet is too expensive for wat they offer. Close to everything :) very relaxing pool area
