Yuriko! How lovely, helpful and hospitable she was. And everyone else too. The property is really well-located and the rooms were super comfortable. Ryokan style but not too much.

Quiet and beautiful lounge view.
Construction in adjacent lot during check-in. This did stop in the afternoon by restrictions.

Exceptional staff and building, the location is within everything Miyajima can offer. The restaurant was really good.
We had a small issue with our room which was resolved quickly. Not a negative but I would recommend packing an eye mask if you prefer to sleep in as the blinds are beautiful but do not block light.
