good breakfast, good location, convenient parking and cleanliness. you can relatively quickly get to the restaurant street in Cancale on foot, about 15 minutes, but the road back is up a steep hill.

well and plus, the rooms are quite inconvenient, there is no elevator, there is a video camera on each floor - for the peace of mind of the owner? we were constantly wondering during our stay in the room, whether there are video cameras in it, and felt extremely uncomfortable. And most unpleasant situation arose: they demanded a credit card from us "as a guarantee", although this was not specified in the booking conditions and the room had already been paid for. The owner was very worried about her property. All over the hotel there were stickers with prohibitions "no eating in the rooms!!!! no smoking!!! no pets allowed! NO swimming suits allowed near the pool!!!" and so on. We were also given a strict deadline upon arrival: choose breakfast in 5 minutes and bring back the sheets of paper with the menu. Every time we went downstairs, she looked out of the room and watched us, although this only happened twice - we went to the restaurant for dinner and to the car for our things. We did not use the pool. The lady's terrible distrust of guests, despite the fact that we arrived in a fairly expensive car costing as much as an apartment nearby. We left the room in perfect condition and express our regret that we could have given even the slightest reason to treat us like that. We hope that travelers who value their psychological comfort and respect themselves enough will avoid this dubious place to spend the night.

The facility was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The location was very close to Cancale with a great view of the bay. A very quiet location. We did not want the noise and congestion of Concale, this was perfect. Our host and owner was most helpful and kind.

An extra towel and wash cloth would be appreciated, along with bar soap. I am truly reaching here, the place is a 10 for sure.

Not much

Cost for staying on 3rd Floor with no fan or air con as weather was hot. Late check in at 5pm. In addition we were charged 152.0 British Pounds and as we booked with Booking .com the price which was quoted to us was only 138 Pounds which is the same as on the site today. We still do not know why the increase ?

Beautiful property, excellent location, attentive staff

The welcome was warm and nothing was missing. The decor was carefully done ,in keeping with the property. The room was well laid out , everything needed was available, it was very comfortable, excellent bed and linen. The dinner in the evening was very good and plates were returned cleaned. The breakfast had everything and plenty of good coffee. An excellent place to stay. Parking too.

The lightening on the stairs and in the corridor was not good . The small steps into room and toilet were a little bit hazardous. However, this did not stop us enjoying fully our stay .

Tout. L’accueil, le cadre, la propreté… rien à redire c’était juste parfait. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps.

La prévenance de l’accueil, les emménagements, le calme, les paysages, la qualité de la literie, la piscine chauffée, les 6mn à pieds pour être sur le port de Cancale, le silence, les petits déjeuners adaptés aux appétits, les dîners au feu de cheminée, les attentions de l’hospitalité ! Bref, magique !

La localisation, le cadre magnifique et l’intérieur décoré avec soin. Très bel endroit cosy. Une belle rencontre.

La chambre était incroyable avec la vue sur le Mont St Michel. Plongeon dans la piscine pour un temps détente. Un déjeuner sous la véranda avec toujours la vue et une jolie musique apaisante. Super séjour !

Schönes Anwesen, sehr gute Lage ( nicht weit zu Fuss zum Hafen) , schöner Frühstücksraum mit leckerem Frühstück. Alles sehr gepflegt,sauber und liebevoll!

Nur ein kleines Fenster im Dachzimmer. Ankunftszeit mit 17 Uhr recht spät. Frühstück erst ab 9 Uhr möglich.

Tout! l'accueil de notre hôte très agréable, notre chambre "l'estran" était calme, spacieuse et très bien équipée, sans oublier une magnifique cheminée en granit qui ornait la pièce. Le PDJ servi en véranda face à la mer avec des produits frais et de qualité. La proximité du port de Cancale à pied.. bref, je recommande !!
