The hotel is wonderful, the staff were so caring and understanding even if sometimes we encountered language barriers. It was a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. Dea was so cute and welcoming, sweetest dog we met.

The staff were incredible and helped us organize trips at short notice to pompei with a private transfer. They organised an evening meal & couldn't do enough for us, which made us feel very welcome & of course they have a lovely golden lab who joined us for dinner

Felt like home. The owner Maurizio Donna Zumma was outstanding. He made us feel comfortable and totally at home. JustWe will def recommend Albergo Pompei Valley to all our friends. There was nothing we didn't like. We had dinner one night. The chef prepared an amazing dinner. Beautiful place, classy and truly amazing.

Établissement et personnel agréable.
La chambre est en sous sol. La fenêtre est au niveau du sol de la piscine (c’est à dire haute dans la chambre et ne laisse pas entrée l’air. L’eau de la piscine (qui est petite) est sale. On nous a fait payer 24 € de taxe de séjour alors qu’on annonce sur site que la taxe de séjour est à 2€/jrs. 4 jrs pour 2 pers il me semble que ça fait 16€.
