The location is excellent in the city center close to restaurants and next a shopping mall. However, renting a car is highly recommended to reach the beaches located in the south and north of the island. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at hotel and it was also great! Valet parking service available at the location. It worked fast and very well. Payment is due separately and is not included in the daily rate. Overall, the suite we booked met out expectations. It was clean and comfortable.
There were three of us. However, as soon as we entered the room, we noticed that basic items were missing, such as hand soap and enough bath and face towels for the number of people in the room. There was only one pair. Luckily, we had brought a spare towel and a bar of soap in my luggage. The following morning, we reported the incident, and the receptionist apologized and solved the issue. As I said, the entire staff was very helpful and friendly.
