Somehow disappointed due to some shortcomings

The receptionist with whom I did the check in is very kind, affable and helpful. Not all the staff is invested with such qualities. She helped me a lot upon my arrival. The breakfast is varied and abundant. Everything available for that meal is of a high quality. Unfortunately there are no dried dates available, which is rather regretful. The hotel building seems to be soundproof inasmuch as the rooms are quite peaceful. One doesn't hear any noise except some shouts from uneducated guests. The spa facilities are quite good albeit the water in the swimming pool is a bit too cold. The physiotherapists doing the massage are quite skilled.

The receptionist with whom I did the check out is all the opposite to the one with whom I did the check in. The former is quite rude. She would better work at a mule stable. Some other staff members are neither quite fit to perform the duties they are allocated and responsible for as far as their kindness is concerned. The bed mattress isn't tough enough. There are no dried dates available for breakfast. Besides during breakfast one has to bear an awful music. It goes without saying that in such a kind of hotels peacefulness is of the essence, so that one appreciates silence at breakfast time or, at least, not bad quality music played at a too high a volume , particularly if most of people staying in them, on the basis of their age, is taken into account. When I booked I asked for a bedroom far from the lifts. That allocated to me was just in front of one. Fortunately it didn't imply any trouble since, as stated above, hardly any noise was audible. On the day of my arrival I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. I ordered a wolfish and it didn't taste good. It seem it was a bit stale.

All were adequate

Our room was directly over a very busy road traffic day and night , could hardly sleep at all. Upon check in and first seeing the room, I returned to the front desk and was advised that I could not change rooms I had already been upgraded to a bigger room than had been booked. Sadly the room proximity to the road soured our entire perspective of this entire hotel, this combined with the rather arrogant attitude displayed by the staff at times

We were here for the 3rd time, and again enjoyed the spa, the great food and the hospitality. Also the CONUS card with free public transport is a nice extra. We will be back.

EXCELLENT... DREAMING STAY

Excellent hotel-spa, really ! Personnal at the desk, at the bar with really great advices and the boss are soooooooooooooo friendly <3 ! We feel at home. The landscape, the pool, the spa and the bar ... perfect, like a little dream for everybody ! May it was one of the greatest hotel i've ever been !

Only littles points on breakfast ... it misses a little smile :). And it misses some sugar things at the breakfast like croissants. There are very few and little things like that and at 9 am .. just 2 (snif snif). But there are some fruits, juices and really great coffee <3.

Very nice hotel, comfortable with a nice spa and excellent massages. The location is perfect to discover the Kaiserstuhl region and the persons from the hotel very helpful and nice. I warmly recommend Hotel Kreuz Post

Entspannter Urlaub in gut geführtem Hotel

Gut geführtes Hotel mit freundlichem, geschultem Personal. Wir hatten ein großes, neu ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Wohnbereich, Balkon und schönem Bad im ruhigen Nebenhaus. Schöner Wellness-Bereich im Haupthaus mit Schwimmbad und verschiedenen Saunen, sowie Ruheraum und Außenbereich. Alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Die Lage an der Landstraßen-Kreuzung ist nicht so schön, aber nicht zu ändern!

formidable! personnel parfait ,certains on même fait l effort de parler Français vu notre faible niveau d allemand. Petit déjeuner parfait de qualité et très complet. Les différents espaces dans la partie spa formidables et très relaxants.la chambre excellent nous avons même été surclasse une superbe suite avec une magnifique sdb.la propreté, l'équipement et j en passe de la chambre au top!les transports en commun gratuits à quelques pas de l hotel nous on fait redécouvrir fribourg relax! La location de velos électriques directement à l hotel permet de découvrir le paysage magnifique du vignoble que dire et vouloir de plus tout été parfait,merci,,danke!!!!

la seule chose que l on ne peut pas décemment apprécié dans cet hôtel c est d y rester pas assez longtemps cela ne donne pas envie de rentrer à la maison et plutôt d y rester encore une semaine!

Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar Skyr gibt es für den Sportler - ;-) Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen top. Wir hatten uns für ein Weinleitermenü entschieden und das was rund um was Besonderes und sehr lecker. Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön und wir aktuell durch eine große Fasssauna erweitert. Hat wiederum einen Mehrwert. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln und kritisieren. Denke wenn jemand ein Hotel wünscht mit mehreren Sternen und entsprechender Preislage, bleibt diese Entscheidung jedem selbst überlassen. Hier stimmt Preis/Leistung überdurchschnittlich.

Sehr schön alles

Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und es lässt sich dort sehr gut aushalten - trotz 4 Tagen fast nur Regen hatten wir dadurch einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Nach den schönen Wanderungen sind wir deshalb sehr gerne jeden Tag wieder ins Hotel zurück! - Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und vor allem das sehr umfangreiche Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl 😉
