Good area, a park in front of the property, got a lot of parking, clean, everyone is nice
Toiletry (toothbrush and toothpaste) in the drawer of the room instead of toilet…?
Leftover water in the kettle (not sure is intended)
Can hear voices downstairs (snooker) if at 1st floor

Close to the bus terminal.
Very poor sound proofing, could hear people's conversations while they waited for the lift and constant slamming doors. Breakfast was only average. Balcony was too small to even put a chair on.
