Ein sehr informativer, interessanter, aber auch angenehmer Aufenthalt

Überraschend erhielten wir im Hotel auch ein kleines Abendessen ohne Aufpreis. Der komplizierte (wegen Fußgängerzone, Einbahnstraßen und Bauarbeiten) Weg zum nahe gelegenen Parkplatz wurde vom Hotelpersonal sehr effektiv beschrieben. Die wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen sehr nahe; zu den übrigen erhielten wir an der Rezeption einen Stadtplan mit einem lohnenden Stadtrundgang.

Skuffende værelse i 5 dage. Hotellets beliggenhed var fin. Karlskrona var en skøn by.

Glimrende morgenmad! Tynd kaffe.

Smagløst og mørkt værelse. Vi havde bestilt superior med sovesofa med byudsigt. Møblementet bestod af tilfældige "arvestykker" (alt fra mahogni til plastik). Sovesofaen var for kort til at ligge i. King-size sengen var blød som en vandseng. Det lignede på ingen vis hjemmesidens præsentation af hotellets rum, hvor interiør var moderne og rummet lyst. Virkelig skuffende når man tror, man har betalt for lidt ekstra.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und sehr gut. Lokalitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Shopping sind direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt einen Hotelparkplatz auf der Rückseite im Hof des Hotels. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten direkt am Wasser.

Das Zimmer war zu viert etwas beengt. Wäre zu zweit mit Couchsitzecke super gewesen. Die Couch diente allerdings zum Schlafen für 2 Personen und daher wurden Tisch und Sessel zur Seite geschoben. Das Bad hat kein Fenster/Tageslicht - war aber sehr groß.

Rummet var fräscht och sängarna bekväma men toaletten var av enklare standard. Ingen AC eller fläkt på rummet, fick sova med fönstren helt öppna. Väldigt trångt vid frukosten men ok utbud.

Bra frukost med hembakat bröd och kaka. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mysiga och fina rum. Fantastiskt läge. Ett väldigt mysigt hotell

Lite dåligt städat men inget som försämrade upplevelsen. Lite gömd parkering men personalen var duktiga på att visa vägen. Duschtvålen på rummet är egentligen det enda att klaga på då den var väldigt klibbig.

Bra läge och bra hotell... för ett tre stjärnigt hotell väldigt bra.

Riktigt bra läge som är största pluset. Bra rum som fyller sin funktion. Bra frukost i en något trång matsal. Hade egen parkering. Inte så stort hotell att det känns som ett generiskt komplex. Reception är inte i markplan utan tre trappor upp, varesig bra eller dåligt men bra att veta.

Ganska lyhört, vi hade rum i trapphuset och det smällde mycket högt i dörrar. Trångt i frukostmatsalen där någon som inte förstår logistik använder breda stora stolar som gör en trång yta ännu trängre. Saknade kyl på rummet.

Good location but bad service

it was right in the city centre.

The trash bin hadn't been emptied when cleaning the room after check out of the previous customer. They also didn't come to clean the room or make the bed in the following days. One of the light bulbs was not working, I asked for it to replaced but it never was. WiFi only worked the first day. A little after checking in, one of the cleaning ladies came to knock at my door and asked if I wanted an upgrade of the room, probably a "compensation" for my room not being clean, she showed me the new room which was indeed a lot better, so I said I would like to move there, and then she said she needed to ask the reception if I could actually move. Came back a few minutes later saying I couldn't, what was the purpose of asking me if I wanted to in the first place I still don't know. The breakfast was ok. Last but not least, when I went to the breakfast area in the afternoon to get some water I saw the staff there taking a break, with their feet in the chairs, not very professional.

Noget af personalet fremstod forvirret, utrygge og uerfarne. Andre var sure, travle og nærmest aggressive. Spisestue og gang fremstod fyldt med ting, billeder og overflødige genstande, hvilket skabte en “crowded” atmosfære. Kagen der var reklamere med, var mangelfuld. Om lørdagen var der meget lidt og meget sent.

Hotel zlokalizowany w centrum miasta, smaczne śniadanie w cenie pokoju. Czysto, spora łazienka z prysznicem.

Brak dostępnego parkingu dla gości hotelowych, musisz szukać miejsca na sąsiednich ulicach, brak obsługi hotelu na miejscu po g.19, trzeba do nich dzwonić na tel, winda nie działała, więc trzeba iść kilka pięter po wysokich schodach. Przed wejściem do hotelu można zatrzymać się tylko kilka minut, strefa czerwona.

Morgenmaden var fin.

Meget skuffende at vi ikke kunne komme ind på hotellet, og skulle ringe efter kode. Det fremgår ikke at der ingen reception er. Virker som et vandrehjem. Værelset er mindre end fotos på bestillingsværelset, og der var stillads foran vinduet. Alt i alt skuffende oplevelse, og ikke et sted vi ville andet end sove.

Det var ett väldigt enkelt hotell. Som ett studentrum ungefär. Det var välstädat men inget som förhöjde rummet eller gav känsla av lyx eller mys. Frukosten var väldigt ordinär. Bröd från gårdagen och hårda kanter på osten och vissna ärtskott. Tänker att den säkert är bättre under säsong men nu var den bara tråkig

Hotellet var ok, läget var toppen men inte värt pengarna. Obemannat större del av dygnet, ingen AC på rummet, bristande ventilation på hela hotellet. Väldigt basic frukost. Allt var egentligen ok och vad man kan förvänta sig i en småstad men som sagt inte för det priset.

Väldigt serviceminded frukostpersonal. Fin frukostmatsal. Sköna sängar. Funkade jättebra med incheckning och tillträde till rummet trots att receptionen var stängd. Tyvärr mycket liv på natten utanför hotellet.

Very central location with own parking available. We had the king room for our family of 4 (3 and 5 yo) and fhat was perfect.

Maybe the reception can have a more modern look and the smell of bacon in the hallway in the morning is somewhat overwhelming 😀 but the bacon and eggs have an excellent taste!
