Location and sea view
Bedrooms a good size
Beds were comfortable
Big patio area (very hot in the afternoons), good area to dry clothes etc
It’s such a shame, the property just needs an upgrade. There is so much potential to make the property amazing

If you want to be away from the busy area this is it! Little private beach which you can swim off and listening to the waves all day/night! Its basic but does the job and the views and quite are worth it! You can be on the main beach in 2 minutes also (short cut through the flyers resturant!) Honestly its basic but its lush ! Listening to the sea watching the sunset its gorgeous! Would stay here again!
The bathroom needs an update its pretty rough around the edges; was a bit of litter on the beach was a shame.
Ants; but thats fine you just have to accept them haha! The photos dont do it justice

Large rooms, daily cleaning/emptying of bins, quiet surroundings, closeness of desserted beach. Old cooker but it worked same as fridge. Very close to nature. Plenty of hot water. Windy location helped to keep it cool and dry our clothes. The price was very reasonable! Close to bars and restaurants though we didnt enjoy the food in Pefkos at all. We were shocked that many Greek specialities were clearly massed produced and not home-cooked and inedible for the most part.
Lack of maintenance of apartments and grounds. Dull and dingey looking not appealing at all. Daily battle to prevent ants gettinto food. Noise of wind was spooky at times!
