Beautiful location, staff was attentive

There was a problem with our reservation being a night short. We had booked the largest suite and were moved for our last night to a normal suite. It was nice, but not what we had booked. Upon checkout it took some discussion to get the bill adjusted to the small suite we had to move to for one night.

Everything here was perfect (of course, it should be for the price)! The staff was exceptional in every way, the breakfast perfect (the best we had during our 3.5 week stay in France). We had a rental car which needed to be parked every day on our return, the hotel staff made it seamless for us. Our room was divine! The location is just absolutely perfect for exploring the village. There are plenty of excellent dining choices beyond the hotel's Michelin rated restaurant. We had to leave very early on our checkout day and staff had our car in the parking area the night before and even offered us breakfast and coffee for the road before we left.

There is nothing we didn't like here. Everything was perfect!

Location was amazing and entire place is so gorgeous

Staff is very unfriendly. They were 30 mins late in picking up our luggage. We had them picked up bec it involved 2 different elevators and multiple steps and my husband had a slip disc. despite scheduling this the day before, it wasn’t done and I didn’t get an apology from the receptionist. Instead she says “you won’t miss your train” very coyly. We had to rush to get to the train station with our rented car.
