Staff were very helpful and friendly
Bed was very hard, but that's more a personal preference

Reception staff were very friendly and sorted out any issues with no fuss. The room was very nice, our first room was cold, but we were moved to a room that had a aircon unit so this issue was resolved easily.
When we had dinner, we had to go and find someone to order our meal, it felt like there was a skeleton staff running. Having said that, everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.
