The receptionists are very kind, and the people working in the bar were also very nice. Second time I've been there and will definitely come back again because of the nice, lovely home atmosphere there. Thank you for letting us in earlier (before checking time) xxx

Staff in bar had a bad cold and was openly sneezing while working and handling food plates and drinking glasses while not washing hands
