Great location in a quaint, historic village. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The bar had some locals which added to the atmosphere.
Our toilet didn't stop flushing the morning we were leaving. I reported it to the lady at the front desk. She came up and turned a valve to shut the water, but it seemed like I was bothering her.

The location was very good overlooking the river. The breakfast was good, but there were no tea pots or strainers to go with the loose leaf tea. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated if a little small.
The restaurant was advertised as award winning. It was very pricey for the quality of food. I had a very heavy starter and my husband had a steak tartar for main which looked grey and old, and was tasteless. The stay was expensive for the quality.
