LE PETIT MOULIN

Excellent location in centre of picturesque little town. Parking close by. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom with everything you need including kettle etc which unusual for France. There is a very good little restaurant and fun bar on the ground floor. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious spread to help oneself too. Such good value too.

Only problem is that check-in isn’t until 6pm so if you arrive early you may find the place closed. Communication with staff was easy and quick.

Breakfast was generous and varied. The coffee was excellent. The room was clean, nicely furnished and spacious. The bed was roomy and comfortable.The bathroom and shower were also spacious, spotless and efficient. The hotel had a very good restaurant downstairs. The staff were lovely.

My only suggestion for improvement is that a blanket could be provided for nights when a duvet is too warm and just a sheet too cool for sleeping comfortably.

Super room at the top of the building.

There was nothing negative.

The location in the center of town was perfect.

The information for getting initial access to the rooms was not clear. You cannot get into the building until the restaurant hostess arrives around 5:30 pm. After that you are given a key to enter the building. The room we had was right next to the second floor restaurant kitchen so you had to walk by that to and from your room so there was not a feeling of privacy. A door between the kitchen and the hallway to the rooms would be very beneficial.
