Breakfast was good, a larger selection of juices would have been nice. Indoor pool was nice. Every employee I met was very polite and cordial. I felt like I was in a wilderness lodge with all the wood floors and trim.
We walked around outside and saw many tiles missing or broken on the steps. Also, large areas need to be pressure washed. Floor in the bedroom squeaked when walked on.

Clea big room with an incredible view of the city and the mountains. The hotel is beautiful, with big and comfortable common areas. The breakfast was overall good, but some foods like plain yogurt or peanut butter where not being replaced when finished, not even days later.
The wi-fi situation is bad. The only place where the connection worked was on the first floor in front of the wi-fi router. We found ourselves amongst other visitors in that spot, all in search of wi-fi.

Stunning location with a breathtaking view of the village. We greatly enjoyed the facilities and decor. Our corner room was spacious and had an excellent view of both the valley and Piódão. They had an excellent buffet style breakfast. Staff were accommodating and answered our questions and advised us on nearby locations to visit.
We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but know that maintenance is necessary. The pool was great though!

Nice location overlooking the town. Room was spacious and a lovely view. Great indoor pool.
Breakfast was buffet style and lacking in all aspects. There was no one replenishing the items. The one staff member who was on duty was not interested in clearing tables, resetting or communicating on any level. A very poor experience.
