    Nice stay here, parking can be tricky but its the city, always hard to find. Room was nice, cozy comfy beds and a great breakfast here.

    We had been traveling for a few weeks and Iceland was last on our trip. This facility is top notch, a 10 in my opinion. Rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was plentiful. Park about a block away in a public garage so no concerns there. We anticipate returning in the future.

    Hotel Fron is in a terrific location, close to transit, restaurants, bars and lots of gift shops. It is also only 5mins from Iceland's major grocery chain, Bonus. Getting your snacks and souveniers at Bonus will save you lots of money. There are 2 buildings at Hotel Fron - the red one and the grey one. We stayed at both and would recommend getting a room in the red one. The pipes in the grey building seem older so the hot water smells more pungent than in the red building. The staff are all quite pleasant and willing to help. If you are able to buy the room that includes breakfast, it's a good deal. There are quite a few options, including delicious icelandic yogurt!

    The sink in the bathroom smells of sewage. The whole room smell was overpowering … excellent location though.
