Perfect beach, clean water and well decorated beach bar. The food was good and tasteful. Beach is downhill, but there is an option to get a ride with electric car. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind, pleasant.

There is no changing room on the beaach and instead of toi toi - better toilets can be installed. The beach and the beach bar are so beatiful - this small change will really improve the experince.

The hotel is located near to a very nice beach, the nature made our stay pleasant

Unfortunately we have a long list with points that require improvement. For the price that we have paid for 3 rooms we expected much more. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars. The price-quality ratio is not good. 1/ 3 rooms have been booked and it was mandatory to be paid during check-in ( not specifically mentioned prior our arrival). This caused significant concern to my parents who arrived earlier than me and had to pay by themselves although the request was that the rooms will be paid together upon my arrival ( 3 hours later the same day). This had to be a presant for them. They have been told that if they don't pay during check-in they cannot use the services included in the full board reservation. This the first time that we see such requirement in a hotel. Typically the customers can pay whenever they prefer. 2./ The rooms were very oldfashioned for that price. The hotel needs renovation. 3./ The elevator inside the building went out of order and was not repaired for 3 days. This made the stay unpleasant for our family as we had to use the stairs . Our parents are 65+ years old so this was not convenient at all. 4./ The elevator that was meant to fascilitate people with disabilities to get to the beach didn't worked at all. Everybody had to go down to beach by using stairs and climb them back to reach the hotel (166 stairs). Not convenient for old people and families with babies. 5./ The food and drinks offered were very basic and there was no variety- every day the same. The only difference that we could find in the menu was the method of preparation of the meet . During our stay the fish that was served had a terrible taste. Compared to full board in other hotels the food offered here reminded about canteen. 6./ We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Our towels in the room have been changed only once ( upon specific request). 7./ On the beach there were umbrellas and sunbeds but tables were missing.
