Nana Royal Premium Resort & Spa

We have just returned from a wonderful one-week holiday at Nana Princess in May, and our experience was simply outstanding. The service was exceptional. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered to ensure comfort for both adults and children. The hotel is modern, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with stunning villas and immaculate facilities throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One feature we particularly appreciated was the convenience of communicating via WhatsApp. There was no need to visit reception to book restaurants or ask questions—everything was handled quickly and efficiently through a simple message. The food was truly incredible, both in the main restaurant and the other dining venues. My daughter is usually very fussy when it comes to food and rarely enjoys eating in hotel restaurants, but at Nana Princess she was actually asking to go back for more. I especially appreciated that the buffet did not offer an overwhelming number of options like many other hotels, where large amounts of food often go to waste. Instead, the selection was carefully curated, delicious, and of exceptional quality. I would like to extend a special thank you to Dimitris, the Service Manager. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, welcoming, and always making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Chrysta, Veroniki, and Katerina from the GR Team. These wonderful ladies were so warm-hearted, helpful, and genuinely lovely both inside and out. It was always a pleasure to chat with them, and we will truly miss them. A big thank you as well to the entire beach team. They work incredibly hard and consistently provide outstanding service with a smile. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience. The service, food, and overall quality of our stay exceeded all expectations.

Beautiful hotel and the private pool was excellent. Great location. Drinks and food was amazing Staff were lovely.

Sunbed towels reserved so early by main pool and not used - should be policed better

The pictures are not doing well with the place, the hotel is beautiful, and everything was awesome

The only thing, and also it's not that big of a deal, is the golf cart service they have; sometimes you could wait for a really long time for a golf cart to take you.

Staff

Rooms need refurbishment, bad smell, AC needed fixing. With half board, we were charged for water 3.40 euro during dinner in 5star hotel!
