    The hotel has a good location very close to Goya station. Our room was basic but very clean. The historic area is 15 min walk away. However there are many great bars and restaurants near the hotel with more local feel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    15 mins walk from the old city attractions. Big hard bed, large room, spacious toilet. Linen and towels are clean, toilet too. But room smells musty and corridors smell mouldy. Finishings a little dated and worn out.

    Good value, comfortable, very convenient if arriving or leaving by train, just a couple of minutes walk from Goya station, and on the tram line which will take you to the big Plaza and cathedral.

    Pros: Good location, friendly staff. Cons: Unacceptable plumbing issues and cleanliness. · Visible dirt in uncleaned spots. · Constant, loud water drainage sounds from upstairs bathrooms. · A clear smell of waste water, suggesting a leaking pipe behind the drywall. These issues, especially the sewage smell, made the stay unpleasant.
