About this cottage rental
Blue Lagoon Villa Complex is located in a unique position on a hill in the middle of Tzanata valley, with great view of the whole area and surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the island. The pool area is surrounded by a nice garden, where you can enjoy the local sunny weather and relax with the magnificent view of the nearby lake, mount Ainos and local natural environment.
In our Complex there are three Villas, only two are used for guests. In case guests book two villas they can have the pool exclusively for themselves. Each villa includes two bedrooms capable of accommodating four persons, one with double bed bedroom and one with two single beds, comfortable bathrooms and cozy living room with open space kitchen.
Staying with us you can enjoy the relaxation, calmness and privacy that our exclusive position has to offer.

My sister, mother and I spent a wonderful week at the Blue Lagoon Villa in August. Marios and his wife could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It was like having local friends; Marios would offer suggestions on where to go, where to park (very useful on popular beaches!) and the best places to eat. We arrived late at night and Marios and his wife waited for us so he could welcome us to our new home for the week.
It is a fantastic location, especially if you want to get away from the more tourist spots, although the main beach on the southern end of the island is less than 30 minutes away. And there is a less crowded beach in Poros, 10 minutes away from the house. Nothing is very far away on Kefalonia. We found ourselves leaving the most beautiful beaches to go back to the villa for the wonderful view, peace and quiet and a gentle breeze to ease the heat. The villa grounds have lovely positioned seating that enables you to have a 360 degree view with a great wrap around deck.
You would need to rent a car to stay here, it is not in a town. But most of the sights of Kefalonia require you to have a car. Marios would be sure to have a good recommendation on where to rent a car for a reasonable price! We didn't think of this before we came and went with an online company and probably ended up paying above the odds.
The villa itself has everything you need and I am sure that should there be anything extra needed, Marios will deliver it. One night we had a fish BBQ and Marios brought us a big fish knife over. Without question, we will be back.
