un buon compromesso qualità/prezzo

Si trova in una ottima posizione ed ha una bella vista della valle. Ho scelto una camera matrimoniale e l'ho trovata spaziosa e ben tenuta. Forse toglierei la moquette nella camera, che tende a far sembrare meno igienico l'ambiente. Ho apprezzato anche i dispenser di prodotti per il bagno, che preferisco rispetto ai monodose. Colazione buona e ricca anche se forse il riassortimento del cibo finito dovrebbe essere un po' piu' celere (brioches finite per circa mezzora). Buona la cena e appetitoso il dolce "mela in camicia". Disponibilità di parcheggio sia di fronte all'hotel che nel retro (in questo periodo con neve e ghiaccio) e anche del vicinissimo parcheggio del Municipio.

Secondo me è migliorabile il servizio SPA. Probabilmente ci troviamo in bassa stagione (fine gennaio) ma alle 18 la sauna era spenta (è stato chiesto di riaccenderla, ma c'è voluto del tempo perchè arrivasse a temperatura), la piscina con acqua piuttosto fredda, non si accendevano le luci, non c'era nulla sullo spazio delle tisane, la zona relax era fredda. L'ambiente Spa è molto ben arredato e visibilmente confortevole, ma probabilmente non usato in questo periodo. Ritengo pero' che se un cliente sceglie un Hotel con SPA voglia poterne usufruire normalmente fino all'orario di chiusura, indicato alle 19. Segnalo inoltre che è meglio scrivere nel sito che è obbligatoria la CUFFIA per la zona piscina/idromassaggio. Ho indicato che la cena era buona, ma segnalo che il "pane" viene lasciato a self service, ma di fatto non c'è del pane: si tratta di focaccia un po' unta e non proprio appetitosa per tutti. Meglio, secondo me, del normale pane.

Persone gentili ed accoglienti. Ambiente pulito e biancheria morbida. Colazione con ampia scelta di cibo

Eravamo andati circa 18anni fa, ora tutto sembra si sia fermato a quell'epoca...forse prima, mobili della camera e bagno compresi. Sotto al materasso una tavola di legno e cuscini alti, per niente soffici.

Kamers gedateerd maar wel netjes

Vergane glorie die zijn klinkende naam niet waardig is. Overal rommel en puin en het ruikt niet bepaald fris allemaal. Chagrijnige ongeïnteresseerde medewerkster bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was erg rommelig en van een zeer laag niveau. Tuin en de directe omgeving waren onverzorgd, overal rommel.

Hat gepasst

Waren mit den Motorrädern auf der Durchreise, dafür hat es mehr als gepasst. Preis/Leistung war in Ordnung. Parkplatz für die Motorräder hinter dem Haus gut aufgehoben.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Flair. Die viel befahrene Strasse direkt vor dem Balkon war etwas nervig.

La sala ristorante, non ho visto SPA e piscina

Ci è stata assegnata -senza informarci- una stanza con soppalco, il letto era nel sottotetto con 40 gradi, senza un Velux, senza un ventilatore, senza aria! Mio marito che ha problemi alle gambe ha dovuto dormire nel lettino singolo

Ich lebe sehr einfach, doch dieses Hotel ist im Stiele des 19ten Jahrhundert

Bei der Ankunft konnte die Person an der Rezeption nicht Deutsch obwohl dort Deutsch gesprochen wird. Das Zimmer war so klein, ein Eisenbettgestell mit einer Matraze die sicher sehr alt war Am Morgen kein Frühstück um 07.15 Uhr, hatte um 08.15 Termin beim Golfplatz Dolomitti. Ich nahm 2 Stengel und 3 Muffin zum Frühstück, da wurde vom alten Herr reklamiert das ginge nicht, ok ich stellte es zurück Das Zimmer war 2 meter neben der Haubtstrasse, sehr lärmig.

Ein normales Zimmer mit einem normalen Bett aus dieser Jahreszeit

Tolles Ausgangshotel für viele Aktivitäten, Wandern, Motorradfahren, etc.

Gutes Frühstück. Tolle Lage. Wahnsinnsaussicht! Fußläufig der schön angelegte Rosengarten. Abends mehrere Gänge-Menü. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nettes kleines Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool von 15 bis 17 Uhr besuchbar. Direkt vor dem Mendelpass gelegen, ein Traum für alle Motorradfahrer. Ronzone 24 Grad, Bozen 30 Grad!

Badehauben im Schwimmbad sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Funzionale allo scopo

Hotel ai piedi del Passo Mendola,sulla strada principale del paese. Addetto alla reception gentile. Stanza pulita,con piccolo balcone sulla strada. Ho rinunciato alla colazione perché partivo alle 7,30,ho chiesto un espresso e me l'hanno comunque fatto pagare.

Non c'è parcheggio chiuso per la moto. Una bottiglietta d'acqua 2.70€. La colazione servita dalle 8 in poi.

Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato, pulizia della camera, bella sala colazioni, gentilezza delle ragazze in reception e delle pulizie

Piano condiviso con un campo estivo con inevitabili rumori notturni, colazione disorganizzata con 3 buffet in 3 sale, moquette vecchissima nei corridoi, porta dell’armadio e persiane rotte, secondo letto in camera singola che impediva un passaggio agevole, temperatura dell’acqua quasi impossibile da regolare nella doccia.
