The views, and pleasant, hardworking staff; the poolside/garden
Room was very small, very dated; could hardly move in the shower; breakfast was poor - expected at least fresh fruit in Italy in August, but there was nothing (tinned peaches) freshly prepared - and bread was not fresh; for the cost of the room (over €200 a night) this was not good value for money. The hotel is surrounded by empty, unfinished properties, and felt a bit neglected

The location was amazing - driving down the long winding narrow switchback roads felt treacherous, but then you pull in to this fantastic view and secluded beach location and it all felt worth it. The view from our balcony was amazing.

The pool and the beach and the ocean view balcony. The people were sweet.
The location. It’s right on the beach but there is nothing around. The property is very old and the bathroom was not really clean. The breakfast was not great.
