Nice location, really gentle staff at the reception, big spacious room
I would recommend some renovation. In our room we had ants in the bathroom coming out from the wall (third floor) …. We arrived at 5 pm for check-in, the wellness area closed at 5:30 pm so we could not use it and it opens only at 11 am, which is late if you are busy during the day for work, I would suggest to open it longer … difficult to find parking

The Hotel is located directly at the beach.
Rooms were clean.
Breakfast was tasty, great variety of fruits and vegetables.
The Personal was very friendly and helpful.
Dog-friendly.
Great Pool and Spa.
Parking available.
The room are pretty small and some they need renovations. The air conditioner was not really working in one of our rooms.

Great location and good facilities - the outside pool was huge! Breakfast was great had a good choice and the food in the restaurant lovely albeit a bit pricy! Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Not many staff spoke English and there were no English translations anywhere. Luckily I speak a little French and we had to use Google translate to understand information. The spa brochure was only in French so we struggled to choose things- again Google translate came to our rescue! We booked a twin room and had it confirmed in writing in February only to turn up to a double room. My daughter and I had to share the bed! We were offered a twin room on the second night but the view was not as good and we had already unpacked so chose to stay where we were.

There was so much noise from neighboring room on night 1. Staff were unable to change
my room and it was the same on night 2 so no resolution of the problem. Presence of lots of dust in my room leading to a dust allergy. outdoor pool not heated. Staff in thalasso not very friendly. Bed and bath linen poor quality. Check out process very slow.
