Netjes en ruim opgezet

Er waren wat sauna’s gesloten. En als je via Booking.com had besproken moest je betalen voor de sauna’s en zwembad Ver van het centrum. Je moest echt met de auto.

Great spa area with beautiful garden and large outside area with trees. Generally beautiful hotel. Breakfast was nice. Good food options in spa area, couldn’t try the Japanese restaurant though. Restaurant personnel and personnel in bath very friendly. Direct access from the hotel to spa area made the experience all the more better.

receptionists were all a bit short in communication and were a bit stand offish about me booking through third party, why comment on that? As if that would make me book direct ? room was nice and clean but the bed in the standard double was very hard.

Breakfast.

The dusty room we put black shirts on the couch, and they had white dust on them. There were also ants in the room and coffee cups that were too small. Additionally, there was an extra charge for spa entry. The spa was very crowded. We went there as a couple, and the man-to-woman ratio was 9:1. Uncomfortable situations. No free water in the sauna to drink.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Ein dickes Minus das man nach 21.30 Uhr im ganzen Hotel nichts mehr zu trinken bekommt. Die Restaurants haben zu und es gibt leider auch keinen Getränkeautomaten wo man sich ne Flasche Wasser holen könnte. Einen weiteren Minuspunkt gibt es dafür das der Zugang zur Therme mittlerweile für jeden Tag separat bezahlt werden muss, dies war früher mal anders und im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Ebenfalls kosten in der Therme Angebote die mal kostenlos waren wie zb. Der Entspannunsraum 40€. Das ist unsere Meinung nach nicht verhältnismäßig. Alles in alles in allem kein schlechtes Hotel aber viel ist mehr Schein als sein
