Es war sehr sauber und sehr Zentral
Man hat niemanden vom Personal zu Gesicht bekommen und ein Kaffeeautomat wäre super, wenn schon niemand zum ansprechen da ist.

Nach sehr guter Kommunikation problemloses Einchecken. Alles Bestens, saubere Unterkunft und auch sonst nix zu beanstanden. Einen Dank an die Chefin, wir kommen gern wieder.

Preis-Leistung war gut. Die Lage war deutlich entfernt vom Zentrum, mit Auto und Öffis aber gut erreichbar. Drumherum ruhigere Wohngegend und ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Überraschend gute Fernseher.
Schlüsseltresor defekt (kann passieren). Leider auch niemand vor Ort, obwohl die Ankunftszeit sehr genau mitgeteilt wurde. Das später erschienene, gehetzte Personal war dann leider kaum für Fragen verfügbar. Ich konnte gerade noch erfragen, wo denn das Zimmer überhaupt sei. Keine Information zur Schlüsselabgabe erfolgt. Ich hoffe, das lag alles am defekten Schlüsseltresor.
