Nice sauna and pool, quite location, comfortable rooms

Breakfast is sufficient but limited

The location was perfect ( river closeby, station closeby) and the view too from the balcony was very relaxing. Breakfast was good as well.

The water in the swimming was a bit cold for children. It was stated as 24-28degC but was possibly not.

It was exceptional, the staff were very helpful and kind. Especially Anja and Christiana from the restaurant. Anja was so helpful in the restaurant and helped me and my family in everyway. I would highly recommend and have to say it was probably the best hotel I have stayed in yet... swimming pool was so nice and very clean 👌 😍 Lugowska Family Ireland 🇮🇪

Clean, big rooms, staff was extremely helpful and nice.

My room/balcony directly connected to a big common balcony/terrace and I couldn’t close the blinds all the way which - as a solo traveller - didn’t feel to safe but it was completely fine!

Coffee maker mast in 4 star hotel, but they haven't.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The surrounding area I can highly recommend for walking and cycling. The train ticket, which is included in the cost of the room, was very handy for getting around the local area.

Room was small. It said a room with a mountain view and balcony, but it was a ground floor room at the back of the property looking straight as the side of a large hill (and therefore no view). The walls of the room were very thin and I could hear the couple next to me for the duration of the stay. They had also brought newborn baby that cried a lot of the time. This would not have been an issue if the walls of the room had not been paper thin.

The staff and Theis hospitality. They were arrogant and no smiling. We thought they would be happy having guests after 18 months of pandemic. But the atmosphere was terrible- I would say a management issue. It began in the restaurant. We kindly asked if we could sit by the window. No! The table is booked for somebody else. After 10 minutes all tables at the window were free but still no table available for us. Anyway, after having had main course we kindly asked for the dessert menu. Kitchen is closed. I asked; how can you close the kitchen when you have guests in the restaurant? The answer I got was: Don’t you read our opening hours before you go into the restaurant?? I’m 56 been traveling all my life. I know how to behave and I always give good tip when I see that the staff is making a difference. After so many years of both business and pleasure traveling, I was shocked by this treatment. Here I really felt that we were there fir the staff and not the other way around. We left the day after and paid for 2 days penalty due to early leaving. Well, we thought we had found the place for a 3-day stay. We paid the penalty and have been happy ever after.
