Brilliant find. Great value and good location to start a drive along the romantic Rhine. What we didn’t realise until we arrived is that it has a two star Michelin restaurant and we’d already eaten !

Roomy stay

It’s not easy to reach the place, but once you arrive, you’ll find a fully serviced hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We've stayed in this hotel few times already and will definately come again. Quiet location, free parking, lift, big spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds.

An air con is needed especially on the hot days like this year. One ventilator is unfortunately not enough.

really surprise about the level of English of the staff. at TV NO channel in English or French

the add bad for my son was definitively uncomfortable. we put the mattress directly on the floor. see above for English

Beautiful houten

The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is excellent if you don't have any special dietary preferences

Staff was not overly friendly and both times we've been here, the bar had been closed with no staff. Breakfast had very few choices for vegans like myself. Because of an event, of which i was not informed prior to my booking, despite several emails back and forth regarding booking date changes; the rate was significantly higher than the subsequent day, which i had originally booked in error. Even though we were not informed of the event and could, therefore, not be a part of it, we were charged significantly more on the mid week's reservation. The increased rate did not provide any extras for entertainment or anything; it just seemed a bit greedy. Staff, although not unfriendly, was not very engaging or overly welcoming.

The room was very clean and in 2023 everything appeared fairly new. The staff was friendly and present. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is first class.

Nice but no real double bed

Nice set-up, elevator, comfy seats in room, great desk to work

Parking is confusing. Takes forever to get a taxi or uber, the beds were two singles next to each other so I kept falling through the middle as they easily pushed apart when rolling over. I'm pregnant and was very afraid of injury! Luckily i woke up and broke fall with my legs each time but it meant I didn't sleep much. A simple mattress strap would fix this.

Nice place

We liked all. Very nice stuff. We staid for one night all was very good. We saw that for winter time they have no heating and for summer no AC, but for our stay all perfect. And we paid last minute deal so we can’t complain at all.
